The Dr. SEA Initiative is organising a health essay contest to engage young people in Meducation. Participants are expected to write on a health topic which they think is affecting their community and needs to be addressed. The essay should not exceed 1500 words. The dateline for submission is the 10th of December 2016 to info@doktorsea.com.
An expert panel of judges will select the winning essays, which will be published on our website. The best essays will be awarded a cash prize totaling 1000 Dollars. The essay competition is open to anyone with an interest in the future of health and care in African countries. You might be a student of a health faculty, science communication or wider social and political issues. Or you may be a patient or carer who can use your own experience to help meducate the general public.
